Orders will usually be fulfilled 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Please expect international orders to take longer. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times.
Shipping costs also vary depending on location and the size of the order. You can check the shipping cost of your current order by proceeding through checkout and entering your address (you can do this all without placing the order).
Depending on where you live, your country may require additional taxes and/or fees. These are required in order to make shipping internationally a reality so we do apologize for any inconvenience these may cause but appreciate your understanding.
Our store also automatically converts to your local currency from USD. Because of certain exchange rates, the cost of your order may seem high. This is another reality that comes with shipping internationally from a US-based company.
Generally, you have 30 days since you receive your order to be eligible for a return/refund.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all customers in the United States and around the world!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at shilohclothing12@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, United States orders will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All other international orders will be required to pay return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:
You entered the incorrect address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).
You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size, however.
You forgot to use a promo code.
The product is damaged or altered in any way.
It has been over 30 days since you received your item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit. You can always contact us for any return questions at shilohclothing12@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.
Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:
The wrong product was ordered.
The product is damaged in any way.
It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You may see our t-shirts have Comfort Colors on the inside tag. This is simply the brand we use for the t-shirt blanks.
