Shiloh Clothing Store Policies

Thank you for shopping with Shiloh Clothing, where faith meets fashion. Please review our store policies below to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printful.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping

  • Estimated shipping times (after fulfillment):

    • USA: 3–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or with a print error:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email shilohclothing12@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will gladly issue a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After that, they are sent to production and can no longer be modified.

5. Sizing

  • Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering, located on each product page.

  • If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help!
